Numbers 23: 19 – 23

19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

The Lord, He is God… He is not a man. God is everlasting (Isaiah 40: 28) but man is said to be like a vapor (Psalm 144:4). Man is here now and gone the next (James 4:14), He is like a flower that opens up and later is withered (Psalm 103: 15 – 16). Psalm 90:2 says “Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.” So I worship You as the Lord God Almighty, You are worthy of my praise.

20 Behold, I have received commandment to bless: and he hath blessed; and I cannot reverse it.

God has blessed my family and we cannot be cursed. We have been redeemed from the curse of the law (Galatians 3:13). He has blessed us and no one can reverse it. Ecclesiastes 3:14 says whatsoever the Lord does is forever. God has blessed us and His blessings will be on me, my family and generations after me, if The Lord tarries in the name of Jesus.

21 He hath not beheld iniquity in Jacob, neither hath he seen perverseness in Israel: the Lord his God is with him, and the shout of a king is among them.

God has forgiven us all our iniquities according to Psalm 103: 3 & Colossians 2:13. From the Old Covenant we know God’s people used the blood of bulls to cover their sins. But thanks to Jesus Whose blood was shed to take away our sins. We are forgiven!!! Psalm 118:15 says “The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous: the right hand of the Lord doeth valiantly.” God did not see iniquities in us, nor perverseness in any member of my family because of what Jesus has done for us. The Lord dwells with my family and the shout of a king, the shout of victory is constantly in my house. There is a lot of perverseness in the world but it will never be found in any member of my family. Everyone in my family is consecrated unto the Lord. I destroy the operations, the plans and purposes of the evil one against every member of my family. We do not have anything to do with darkness, not anymore. We walk as children of light, proving what is acceptable unto God and have no fellowship with the unfruitful work of darkness (Ephesians 5:11).
